25 Greatest Instrumental Hits is not a career-spanning retrospective, rather another attempt to garner more radio and television airplay with covers of "all-time" hit songs. Despite coming from such a cynical origin, 25 Greatest Instrumental Hits is a terrific album, arranged tastefully and subtlety by Delvy and rhythm guitar player Ed Fournier.4/

The band was formed out of the pioneer surf band called The Bel-Airs who scored a big hit with a surf instrumental titled "Mr. Moto." Presented here is the original compilation of greatest hits culled from the various popular singles the band recorded for the Los Angeles based Vault label.
